Myrtis Nell Clark

Funeral Services were held Friday November 20, 2015 at Saulters Moore Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Myrtis, age 89, who passed away on November 17, 2015 at her residence. Rev. Earl Clark and Rev. Buck Rester officiated. Pallbearers were: Craig Upton, Brad Polk, Adam Polk, Mike Clark, Robert Clark and Steve Upton. Saulters Moore Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements Myrtis was born on June 15, 1926 in Lawrence County, MS to Thomas Hunt Sr. and Mollie Sullivan Hunt. She worked as a supervisor for Kellwood in Monticello for 38 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Andrew Clark of Silver Creek, MS; her daughter Marcia (Sissy) Polk (Kenny) of Loganville, GA; two sons, Roger Upton (Linda) and Mike Clark (Ann) both of Silver Creek, MS. Seven grandchildren, Ten Great Grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; her Niece, Jewel Clark of Monticello, MS and her caretaker, Cindy Messer of Silver Creek, MS.
