"Betty Sid" Donald Siler

Graveside services for Mrs. Betty Siler will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the New Hebron Cemetery. Mrs. Siler, age 85, of New Hebron, MS passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. Betty was born July 16, 1935, in Columbia, MS to Albert Sidney and Betty Berry Donald. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She loved music, especially singing in the church choir. She served as a Teacher’s Aide and enjoyed raising her four sons. She loved to serve others and spoil her grandchildren whenever she could. She was a member of New Hebron United Methodist Church in New Hebron, MS. Mrs. Betty’s sweet spirit will be missed by all. Betty is survived by her husband of 64 years, William “Bill” Siler of New Hebron; son, Tommy Siler and wife Jill of Jackson, MS; Son, Donald Siler and wife Barbara of Gulfport, MS; son, Michael Siler and wife April of New Hebron, MS; and nine grandchildren, Mallory Siler, Marcus Siler, Maggie Siler, Myles Gentry, Alex Siler, Caitlyn Barnes, Nyka Barnes, Emma Siler, and Zachary Siler. Betty is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Patsy Walker and her son, David Siler. We are under a Covid 19 Mandate.
