Funeral services for Mr. Charles B. Mullins will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Saulters Moore Funeral Home with interment following in the New Hebron Cemetery. Brother Danny Woods will officiate. "Charlie B." as he was known to the many that loved him, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at the Lawrence County Hospital, at the age of 60. Saulters Moore Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

The family will receive friends on Saturday evening, August 15, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Saulters Moore Funeral Home.

Charlie B. Mullins was born on December 11, 1965, to Charles and Sippie Dampier Mullins. A graduate of New Hebron High School, Charlie proudly played football for the Golden Bears.

In the early 1990s, Charlie began his career with Circle S Company. For more than 23 years, he was an exemplary employee who treated the company as if it were his own. He began as an insulator and metal man in the industrial insulation trade. Through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Charlie eventually advanced to the position of Assistant Operations Manager.

Charlie will be remembered for the care he showed to his fellow employees, his customers, and the reputation of the company he served so faithfully. He took ownership of every task entrusted to him and truly defined dependability. His dedication, leadership, and influence helped shape Circle S into the company it is today. When compromised health eventually required Charlie to retire, it took many people to fill the shoes he left behind. His fingerprint remains on the company to this day, and his influence will not soon be forgotten.

Charlie loved his Southern heritage and enjoyed hunting and fishing, but his greatest passion was his family. He especially cherished his grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride. Charlie attended Shalom Baptist Church.

He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, loyalty, faith, and love—a legacy that will live on through his family, friends, coworkers, and all those fortunate enough to have known him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Sippie Mullins; his sister, Jane Prestridge (John); and his brothers, Willie Mullins (Marilyn), and Jerry Mullins (Betty Jo).

His memory will forever be cherished by his wife of 37 years, Truly Mullins; his children, Cheyenne Mullins and Charles B. Mullins, Jr. (Jasee), all of New Hebron / Silver Creek; and his sister, Gladys Hodges (Ray) of New Hebron. The legacy of their Pawpaw will also live on through his grandchildren, Rhyen Cobb, Layne Cochran, Lilly Rose Cochran, Everleigh Rae Bennett, Jameson Mullins, Braleigh Cole Mullins, and Maizie Leigh Mullins.
