Graveside services for Mr. Donald Leland Wigington will be held 11:30 am, Monday, June 7, 2021, at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Simpson County, MS. Rev. Trent Sullivan will officiate. Mr. Wigington, age 84, passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Brandon Nursing and Rehabilitation in Brandon, MS. Mr. Wigington was born February 4, 1937 in Prentiss, MS. He was the son of the late James Clinton Wigington and Hazel Mattie Lee Wigington. Mr. Wigington worked in the poultry industry for many years; in addition, he was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Simpson County, MS. He is survived by 2 Brothers; James Wigington of Plano, Tx and Joe Wigington of Madison, MS. He also leaves behind 2 Sisters; Linda Brinkerhoff of Brandon, MS and Margie Majure of Madden, MS. Mr. Wigington was preceded in death by his Mother and Father. Visitation is 10:00 am until 11:00 am, Monday, June 7, 2021 at Saulters Moore Funeral Home in Prentiss. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss, MS has charge of arrangements.
