Mr. Jerry R. Davis, age 69, passed away from this life on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at his residence in Bassfield. A memorial service will be held at a later date.Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Jerry Rudolph Davis was born in Jefferson Davis County on November 2, 1948 to Lavon Davis and Frances Polk Davis. Mr. Davis was a carpenter.He was preceded in death by his mother and father; his wife Marilyn McRaney Davis; and his son, Marcus Davis.He is survived by his brother Lance Davis and his wife Kathy of Mt. Olive.
