Marilyn “Kissy” Cone A Funeral Mass was held for Mrs. Marilyn “Kissy” Cone at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 1, 2018, at St. Peter Catholic Church. Mrs. Cone, 73, passed away Monday, May 28, 2018, at Asbury Hospice Center in Hattiesburg. Father Peter Kmiecik will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be:  Byron Speights, Sean Burns, Russell Stamps, Ryan Cone, Kyle Cone and Chance Cone. Mrs. Cone was born January 4, 1945, in Bassfield, MS to Joseph Edwin Terrell and Ruby Parker Terrell. She was an office manager in the medical field for Doctor Leggett in Bassfield. She was an active member of St. Peters Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Shirley Ann Terrell and one brother, Jimmy Terrell. Mrs. Cone is survived by her husband of 53 years, Claude E. Cone of Bassfield; three sons, Bret Randall (Leigh) Cone of Madison, Brian Scott (Trish) Cone and Brad Cone all of Hattiesburg; six grandchildren, Ryan Cone, Kyle Cone, Kristen Cone, Chance Cone, Shea Cone and Jackson Cone; one sister, Dot Terrell of Hattiesburg. Visitation will be Friday, June 1, 2018 from 9:30 till 11:00 AM at St. Peters Catholic Church before the service.
