Mrs. Marlene DeWolf, age 78, passed away from this life on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at her residence in Prentiss, MS. The family will handle private services at a later date. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. DeWolf was born on March 27, 1941 in Chicago, IL to Steven Kutinac and La Vern Matejka Kutinac. She and her husband, Raymond, retired to Prentiss 18 years ago. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. Fun-loving, she lived her life to the fullest and went out on her own terms. She did it her way. Mrs. DeWolf was a retired bookkeeper with the Cook County Corrections Department in Chicago, IL. She was affiliated with the Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; 1 daughter, Deborah Mary DeWolf and 1 brother, Steven Kutinac. Mrs. DeWolf is survived by her husband of 59 years, Raymond DeWolf of Prentiss; 2 daughters, Linda Williams (Edward) of Iowa City, IA and Sandy Smith of DeQueen, AR; 2 grandchildren, Sarah Smith of DeQueen, AR and Michael DeWolf (Breigh) of Melborne, Australia; 3 great-grandchildren, Reilly, Shelby and Gemma; 2 brothers, Robert Kutinac (Cathy) of Freemont, WI and Donald Kutinac of Waconda, IL; Good friends, Danny & LuWanna Mullins and Carol Kerinko plus a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
