Martha Faye Speights

Graveside funeral rites for Ms. Martha Faye Speights will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at the Hathorn Cemetery. Ms. Speights was 79 years of age and passed away from this life on Friday, August 7, 2020, in Prentiss. The Reverend Randy Garner will officiate. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Martha Faye Speights was born on November 25, 1940, in Carson to Malcolm Speights and Willie Agnes Polk Speights. Ms. Speights was a longtime employee of Wendy’s and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; 1 sister, Rebecca Robinson; an infant brother and her brother, Harry Speights. Survivors include her 2 sisters, Kitty Berteau (Gary) of Carson and Susan Todd of Hattiesburg; 1 sister-in-law, Faye Speights of Mooresburg, TN; 6 nephews and 2 nieces; as well as a host of great-nephews and great-nieces, other relatives and friends.
