Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Bealer will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday morning, June 19, 2023, at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Carson Cemetery.  The Reverend Benji Sessums will officiate.  Mrs. Bealer, age 73, passed away Thursday afternoon, June 15, 2023, at her home in Carson, MS after an extended illness.

The family will receive friends Monday morning, 2 hours prior to the funeral service from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Saulters Moore Funeral Home.

Mary Elizabeth Bealer was born on July 17, 1949 to Robert and Helen Gill Riley.  Mrs. Bealer graduated from Prentiss High School and earned her cosmotologist license afterward.  For many years, she worked at the beauty shop at the Henry Smith store and also worked at Danny's Fried Chicken in Prentiss. Elizabeth loved being around people and made many friends during her journey here.  She had several hobbies which included collecting antique glassware and figurines.  Her family remarks that she also enjoyed fishing and humorously recalls when she would catch frogs on her pole another family member would have to take them off her line.  She also enjoyed working in her flowers and raising a garden.  Mrs. Bealer was a Baptist.  

Her memory will forever be cherished by her husband of 16 years, Leonell O. Bealer, Jr.; daughter, Alisha Blue (Ronnie Hinton); sons, Wade Fuller, David Fuller (Kayla); step-daughter, Mary Ann Martin (Troy Schlottmann); sisters, Mary Killingsworth and a brother James Riley.  The legacy of their Nana will also live on through her 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
