Mr. Lindsey, age 86, passed away from this life on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Lynnwood Senior Care in Laurel. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. P. J. Lindsey was born on April 4, 1934 in Simpson County to Willie Lindsey and Angie Bridges Lindsey. Mr. Lindsey was a rural mail carrier and a member of Prentiss Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; wife of 44 years, Gloria Lindsey; 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Mr. Lindsey is survived by 2 daughters, Julie Plemmons (Mark) of Cape Coral, FL and June Burcham (Terry) of Laurel; 4 grandchildren, Drew Plemmons, Linsey Burcham, Landon Burcham and Carlie Plemmons.
