Peggy Sue Miles was born on February 10, 1964 in Prentiss to Edward and Betty Stringer Anderson (Horning).  A cherished mother, homemaker, and friend, she possessed a kind soul which graced the lives of all who knew her.  Her kindness and warm smile endeared her to all those around her.  A homemaker, she had served as a cashier at several local businesses. Peggy was an encourager by naturer; her optimistic outlook on life had a contagious effect on those around her, always leaving people uplifted and happier after spending time in her presence. Her genuine kindness and compassion were truly unmatched.  In her leisure time, Peggy found solace in the simple joys of fishing and tending to beautiful flowers. These hobbies reflected her appreciation for nature's beauty and tranquility, allowing her moments of peace in a busy world.  She was a member of Whitesand Baptist Church

Peggy is preceded in death by her father, Edward Anderson and her step-fathers, Vondell Harrison and Edward Henry Horning.

Her memory will forever be cherished by her husband, James Miles; her son, James Cameron Miles; mother, Betty Horning; brothers, James Edward Anderson, Roger Dale Harrison and her sister, Rebecca Anderson, all of Prentiss.  Peggy also leaves behind her aunt, Winnie Blanton of New Hebron and numerous cousins.
