Ray "Jim" Miles

Funeral services for Mr. Jim Miles will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday, July 6, 2019 at the Antioch Baptist Church in Prentiss, MS. Mr. Miles, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at his residence. Reverend Vernon Terrell will officiate and interment will be in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Dustin Miles, Michael Miles, Toby Norris, Ricky Carballo, Willie Dyess and Brian Blocker. Ray Allen “Jim” Miles was a veteran of the United States Army. Then worked as an engineer in auto manufacturing for the Ford company. He was also a printer for checks incorporated. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Ethel Irene Miles; Step father, Red Farmer; one brother, David Miles; two sisters, Elsie Loveless and Evelyn Miles. Jim is survived  by his wife of 50 years, Dot Miles, son Troy Allen Miles and one daughter, Kaneese Marie Bridges (Brad) all of Prentiss, MS; five grandchildren, Dustin Miles, Dillon Roundtree, Michael Miles, Toby Norris and Jessica Carballo; three great grandchildren, Ryleigh Carballo, Manny Carballo and Lynleigh Miles; two brothers, Billy Miles of Collins, MS and Jerry Miles (Jeanie) of Phoenix, AZ; two sisters, Linda Lewis of Shepherdsville, KY and Frances Stephens of Boston, MA.
