Graveside services for Mr. Richard “Dickie” Rogers will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Greens Creek Cemetery. Mr. Rogers, age 75, passed away from this life on Monday, March 15, 2021 in Hattiesburg. Reverend Eddie Myers will officiate. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Kirk Bass, Tate Bass, Scotty Daley, Quinn Daley, Johnny Kroner, Ray Davis. Richard “Dickie” Rogers was born on June 6,1945 in Prentiss to Thomas Jack Rogers and Jeanette Morris Rogers. Mr. Rogers was a truck driver with the pipeline for over 30 years. “Dickie” loved farming. He was a cowboy and a cattle farmer. He was a member of Greens Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 grandchild. Mr. Rogers is survived by his wife Cherill Rogers of Carson; 1 daughter, Tabatha Ragland of Hattiesburg; 2 step-sons, Scotty Daley (Kim) of Oakvale and Quinn Daley (Carrissa) of Seminary; 1 grandchild, 4 step-grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Diane Bass of Oakvale.
