Susan Mikell

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Mikell Cemetery. Brother James Sanderson will officiate. Saulters Moore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Susan Laverne Mikell was born on May 5, 1966, to Earl and Mildred Stapleton Mikell in Prentiss, MS. She worked at various jobs during her life including employment at Bassfield High School as well as several grocery stores. She also held a position as a cashier at a convenience store and also was a caretaker for a disabled person. She was preceded in death by her mother Mildred; step-mother, Charlotte and 2 brothers, Randy and Allen Mikell. She is survived by her father, Earl Mikell; her son, William McNeese (Ashley); 1 sister, Helen Robbins; 3 brothers, Gerald Westmoreland (Tammy) and Robert Westmoreland and Wayne Westmoreland (Sandra); 2 sisters-in-law, Bridget Mikell and Susan D. Mikell. She is also survived by 2 granddaughters, Emily and Maegan Prine; a great-grandson, Ivan; and a host of nieces and nephews.
