Funeral services for Mrs. Syble B. Lee will be conducted from the Chapel of Saulters Moore Funeral Home at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Methodist Church Cemetery in Prentiss. Dr. David Raden will officiate.  Mrs. Lee, age 98, entered into the eternal rest of her Lord on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at the Clinton Health and Rehabilitation Center in Clinton. Saulters Moore Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the hour of service at 11:00 am at Saulters Moore Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lee will be carried to her final rest by those honored to serve as pallbearers, including Robert Jones, Mitchell Roberts, Joe Lee, Karon Bridges, Adam Craft, and David Holloway.

She was born October 8, 1927, the youngest of seven children. She lived most of her life in Prentiss, MS, where she was a member of Whitesand Baptist Church and subsequently, Prentiss Baptist Church.

Syble graduated from Prentiss High School, then married Kenneth E. Lee in 1947. Though a homemaker most of her life, she embarked on a nursing career in 1963, receiving her LPN certification. She worked at Jefferson Davis County Hospital and in the office of Dr. Lamar Arrington.

When Kenneth retired as a rural mail carrier, the couple purchased a motor home and traveled all over the United States. They enjoyed meeting people from different states and made lasting friendships as they photographed natural wonders, played cards and games, and shared tall tales.

Syble was a talented seamstress, needleworker, and water-color painter. She sewed beautiful dresses for her granddaughters when they were children. She also kept her hands busy with crochet, cross stich, and intricate lace-work art of tatting.

Syble was pre-deceased by her son, Randall Lee, husband Kenneth Lee, and granddaughter Lacey Claire Lee. She is survived by her son William Rory Lee (Janet); granddaughter Lauren Lee Ryan (Brant); great grandchildren Owen William Ryan, Brynn Elizabeth Ryan, Samuel James Ryan all of Clinton and niece Bettye Brinson Logan (John) of Prentiss

Should friends wish to honor the life of Syble Brinson Lee, the family would gratefully acknowledge gifts to Mississippi College in Clinton Mississippi or to the Baptist Children’s Village in Ridgeland Mississippi.
