Funeral Services for Mr. Wiley Harrell Coulter will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Prentiss Baptist Church. Mr. Coulter, age 75, passed away from this life on Friday, July 20, 2018 in Mendenhall. Reverend David Michel, Reverend Roland McMillan, and Reverend Jimmy McGee will officiate and interment will follow in the New Hebron Cemetery.Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Pallbearers will be Shelly Barnes, Kelly Barnes, Stephen Jones, Brock Long, Bernard Thompson, and Symon Kellum. Wiley Harrell Coulter was born in Prentiss on June 30, 1943 to Wiley Henry Coulter and Willie Mae Polk Coulter. Mr. Coulter was the owner of Coulter Cleaners and was a gunsmith. Mr. Coulter attended Mississippi College and was a member Prentiss Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and a daughter, Teresa Coulter.Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Betty Daughdrill Coulter of Prentiss; 1 son, Harold Coulter (Bridgett) of Prentiss; 2 daughters, Dawn Coulter (Julie Phillips) of Murphysboro, IL, and Stacey Coulter (Reuben Harvey) of Jackson; 3 grandchildren, Rebecca Cheyenne Coulter, Kayla Rena’ Coulter, and Jackson Cole Coulter Harvey; 1 great-grandson, Calvin James McKnight; as well a host of other relatives and friends.Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Saulters Funeral Home and Monday from 12:30 until service time at the Prentiss Baptist Church.Friends desiring to make memorials are asked to do so to the Prentiss Baptist Church Building Fund at 2321 Leaf Avenue Prentiss, MS 39474.
